The model, 38,is expecting a baby girl with her boyfriend Archie Keswick, 44, scion of the multi-billion-pound Jardine Matheson business empire.
Poppy took to Instagram to share snippets of her well-needed, relaxing trip away in the sun.
So-called 'babymoons' are usually a chance for a couple to enjoy a last carefree holiday before the birth of their first child.
She was joined by Victoria's Secret mannequin Jessica Clarke, 32, and Game Of Thrones star Jazzy de Lisser, 33, who could be seen in a picture she posted online.
Poppy captioned her post: 'Chased the sun & stepped right into what felt like a Slim Aaron’s photograph & baby mooned with a few favourites at the mega magical @marbellaclubh where quite honestly I could have stayed forever.

Poppy announced the happy news she was expecting her first child in February, as she gushed becoming a mother is 'all I ever wanted'.
The mum-to-be excitedly revealed that she discovered she was pregnant at a fitting for a Burberry show during London Fashion Week last autumn.
She recalled noticing that her clothes were tighter than usual and had had an inkling something was different at the time, so went straight to get a pregnancy test.
Speaking to ELLE UK, Poppy revealed that she and Archie are expecting a baby girl and voiced her delight.
She said: 'Obviously, I would have been fine with either and when I was younger I always thought when I get pregnant, I wouldn't find out, but the second we got told we could find out, we did. I'm so excited. I come from all girls, we're very girl heavy. Girls are great.'
She added that her sisters, model Cara, 32, and socialite Chloe, 39, were both delighted when she told them the news.
She said: 'We were all in New York, with each other and with the bump and there was a lot of talking to the bump, stroking the bump. They're just elated.'

Poppy and Archie kept the news of her pregnancy to themselves for a while and only told friends and family around the four-month mark.
The model admitted she was 'really nervous' about her pregnancy and wanted to 'protect' it for a while.
She explained: 'It just feels like such an extraordinary privilege to be able to do this, to be able to have a baby at this age and at this time, and when it happened, I couldn't really believe it.'
She has long wanted to start a family of her own, but admitted in recent years she thought it might not happen for her and had 'made peace with it', before her joyous news.
Poppy and Archie went public with their romance in July 2024 when they attended the BST Hyde Park festival together.
Archie is no stranger to a high-profile relationship, having previously dated actress Sienna Miller, who once lived with Poppy during their New York days.
While before finding love with Archie, Poppy was linked to Prince Constantine Alexios of Greece in April 2023.
Poppy was previously married to James Cook. While neither addressed the break-up publicly they are said to have called time on their union after eight years in 2022.
