Fields take shape for Keeneland’s Fall Stars weekend – Horse Racing News
With six days until Keeneland’s 17-day Fall Meet opens, the grounds are shaping up for Fall Stars Weekend October 7-9, which will feature 11 stakes worth $5.45 million.
Nine of the races are Breeders’ Cup Challenge testswhich allocate paid places to the winners in the races corresponding to the 39 e
World Championships, which will take place on November 4 and 5 in Keeneland.
According to Keeneland Stakes coordinator Allison De Luca, the possible runners for the stakes are as follows:
