Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav was sentenced to three months in prison by the Delhi High Court in 2018. The actor-comedian had not repaid a loan of Rs 5 crore, which had been borrowed by his company to make a movie. What happened is that Delhi-based company Murli Projects filed a lawsuit against Yadav’s film company, Shree Naurang Godavari Entertainment, which failed to repay the Rs 5 crore loan. The money was taken by the actor in 2010 to make his directorial debut in Hindi, Ata Pata Laapata. Speaking of the actor, he has been seen in blockbuster movies like Mein Meri Patni Aur Woh, Welcome Back and Mein Madhuri Dixit Banna Chahta Hoon. The actor has appeared in more than 200 films, over a career spanning more than 20 years.
During an exclusive interview with Times Now Digital, Rajpal spoke about his imprisonment. The actor said, “In the past 15 years I haven’t said anything in my defense. I don’t think negatively. I don’t know who’s negative or positive. But I know my job and where it is. of work, there is karma. I have been doing my karma since I was a child and I don’t know what is negative or positive. I don’t want to carry the burden of the past with me. Let people do what they want. have to do. If my work is loved, it will continue. It’s all about life. Like every day, the rays of the sun are different, just like Rajpal Yadav. He is known for his creativity and he has the love of the public . I have a lot of love and I am very happy. “
The actor is best known for his iconic role as Chhote Pandit in Akshay Kumar’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa. Every time you watch the movie, the character of Rajpal makes you laugh.
